HappyTimesAZ respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to file a notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- (a) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- (b) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the site.
- (c) Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- (d) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- (e) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- (f) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If material you posted was removed or disabled in response to a notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing similarly required elements: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court, and your physical or electronic signature.
Response process
We review each notice we receive. Where a claim appears valid, the infringing material will be removed or access to it disabled.
