Chef James Fox told the magazine that the original location’s size always had its limitations. This new space? It’s over three times the size of the original. We’re talking private dining areas, a mezzanine, and an open patio with actual lake views. It’s a massive upgrade that isn't just about fitting more of us in; it’s about giving the kitchen the room to expand the menu and handle catering.
For the regulars, don't worry—the hits are coming with them. Chef Fox confirmed that the menu will still feature those cult-favorite salmon tacos with yuzu kosho aioli and that incredible Japanese-style karaage marinated in a carne asada blend. And for the design nerds, they’ve brought in artist Tato Caraveo to paint a custom mural that pays homage to the original Arcadia vibe right behind the cocktail bar.
